If you’re getting ready for senior photos, you’re in the right place. Our senior photoshoot experience is literally unlike anyone else’s. After getting to know you at a complimentary consultation, we plan out an entirely customized photoshoot around your interests and style. Whether you love the city or the country, sports or shopping, dresses or jeans, we craft a custom model-like experience around YOU - nothing cookie cutter and never boring.

it all starts here.
We do a complimentary consultation in the studio to learn more about the senior’s style, interests, and ideas for their session. This is where we plan out the entire session - from locations, to outfits, to props, and more. We’ll also take a closer look at the different sessions for you to choose from, and go over all the different types of prints available. Then, if we're a good fit, we’ll select a date for the shoot, and get to work on getting everything setup for it!
The day of the shoot starts with professional hair and makeup in studio with one of our amazing stylists, and then we head on location. We blend our use of commercial grade lighting with a mix of fashion and natural poses that we coach you through, to create our signature look for your images. And don’t worry, the entire day is still super laid back, low pressure, and a ton of FUN!

We have a variety of incredible (and sometimes secret) locations around the greater St. Louis area at our disposal! Your style and preferences will help determine the perfect spots to backdrop your images. Whether you want downtown skyscrapers, stone architecture, urban decay, fields of flowers, majestic woods, country vibes, or something else entirely - we can make it happen!
We can also travel anywhere around the US, but more on that later...

What is a Senior Film?
We do a lot of commercial work. And one day we decided to apply that skillset to portraits and invented the Senior Film! During the session we’ll also grab footage with our equipment and cut together a commercial quality highlight of the day that showcases the senior in motion! This is a unique option that no one else offers! In fact, we speak all over the US at photography conferences teaching our original methods. The best part is, the senior doesn’t need to act, or do anything different - we’ll help with direction just like we do posing - to create a natural and beautiful finished film. We run a full service studio, which means that we take care of you from start to finish - consult to prints. We want to make sure you get more than a flash drive of your memories. So a week or two after your session, you’ll get to come back to the studio to see the images and choose your favorites for prints. who is garon?

You might be wondering “why the mix of specialties?” As an artist, I love creating things that blow peoples’ minds. I’ve carefully crafted my photography for maximum impact through mastery of lighting and expert retouching. But photography can only tell so much of a story, and filmmaking is a perfect medium to fill in those gaps. Bringing my commercial filmmaking background to the portrait world let’s me tell a senior’s story in a more cinematic and completely unique way compared the others in the industry. And mixing in travel fuels my love of adventure and exploring new places. Getting to create in crazy new locations is something I experience maximum stoke over!
